		<description>Its funny that Carpinteria would embrace a community garden project when their city planning and zoning commision will not allow the local greenhouse industry to flourish. There are many greenhouses that need to be updated and built, but there are not any permits given to do so. The planning dept would rather see condos built there than greenhouse, which are producing local vegetables. Ironic dont you think?</description>
